In pursuit of market share growth, Zamtel engaged in a rebranding process. A new identity and brand positioning were developed, transforming it into a fresh and relevant brand. The rebranding resulted in market share shifting from 4% to 11% in just 8 months.

Brand launch campaign
The launch campaign was designed to inspire Zambians to optimally live life today, by being technology enabled. The campaign was the biggest brand launch in Zambia and won the Best Campaign in the Africom Awards.

Retail branding
An exciting new retail look was rolled out that brought the brand alive in a visual space, enhancing the customer service experience.
